Best Dillon Beach rental ever -feels like you're in someone's home. Perfect for a family reunion and the kitchen had everything needed. so we bakked cookies and muffins, cooked large meals, enjoyed the view and walked on the beach. Hot tub was a big hit. AND managed to keep the 6 yo from breaking anything, big win! We'll definitely return next year.<br/><br/> It took us a minute to figure out heating downstairs esp, but once we did we were snug and warm.<br/><br/>Note that this is a SHOES OFF house - we didn't catch that and several of our party didn't bring slippers.<br/><br/>Definitely recommend bringing extra towels for hot tub and a couple for the floor to leave your shoes on. There was a huge storm and we couldn't leave our shoes outside without them getting wet.

The stunning views and expansive open floor layout was truly the best. Quiet neighborhood and overall cleanliness was spotless. Some lights weren't functional on the outside, there was a minor pest issue which was addressed promptly with the management company for which we were compensated. Other than that we highly recommend SeaGlass property. Close to the general store, downtown dillon beach and internet available. No major complaints as the amenities and views were the highlight of this stay.

We had a lovely time. My sisters joined me from Napa, Shingle Springs, and Pittsburg.<br/>It was great to spend time with them in such a lovely setting. Even the weather held up.<br/>Couple of things: the door to the bathroom downstairs sticks; hard to open. And the beach pass didn't seem to work. We paid $10 to go to the beach down by the general store. Maybe there was another beach?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach house with my extended family, spanning three generations, and it was an absolute dream come true. The house itself was not only visually breathtaking but it was also equipped with every amenity we could have possibly wished for. The oceanfront view was beyond spectacular. The spacious layout allowed each family member to have their own comfortable space, while the communal areas were perfect for creating lasting memories together. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen (but bring olive oil), the hot tub and the excellent views! Loved the fog and oysters. This is a beautiful home with ocean views and sounds. The home is fully equipped especially the kitchen. There are steps down to the two bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The deck on the 1st floor is quite large with plenty of room for family photos or family dinner. I would recommend this home as a rental and hope to stay there again in the future.

On the back deck you have ocean views on both sides. Every amenity is provided. The kitchen to the floor plan is perfection. I want to specifically speak to the cleanliness of the property. Immaculate and during these unprecedented times it was noticed and appreciated. It was our first time in this beautiful home but hopefully not our last!! This vacation was nothing short of relaxing. Not a single worry. This home was completely stocked with everything we needed including a can opener and potato peeler. There wasn't a single thing we looked for that we couldn't find. The general store was within walking distance though it would have been a bit of an uphill climb so we chose to make the short drive, and had more than we needed as well. What made it priceless was the beach access. Less than a 2 minute walk / hike that even the kids could do! This vacation left nothing to be desired!

This was our 30 year anniversary of 9 women who have been friends since our kids were in nursery school! We’ve rented a number of different places at Dillon Beach and elsewhere and this is by far our favorite. This was our 3rd year here. We all feel immediately at home. It’s spacious, comfortable with spectacular views. It’s well furnished and the kitchen has every tool for cooking that you can imagine! We’ll be returning for as long as they’ll have us.

Unbelievable! I took the house with my siblings and our 93 year old parents (who have limited mobility) for 4 days. The house is right on the beach and huge, so we all had our privacy and never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Lots of bathrooms and everything so clean! I believe there is an ocean view from every room except the master bathroom. The views from the salon, kitchen and dining area are breath-taking.Lots of decking to take the fresh air, enjoy the view and grill dinner. The property management company knocked themselves out to accommodate us. We bought live crab in nearby Bodega and had a feast on our last night. No one wanted to leave. We were planning our next stay before we left. Thank you dear owners, for an extraordinary family experience! We cannot wait to come back in October 2019!

Amazing is what I kept hearing all weekend long from my group who spent the weekend with me. The views are stunning, the house was perfect and well equipped with all the things needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The outside hot tub was great feature as well. Easy walk to the beach. The only small issue we had was we lost power to thee entertainment system which meant our planned "movie night" didn't happen. We called maintenance but they were unable to respond that evening or the next morning by the time we checked out. There are TV's in every room so guest could go to their own rooms to watch TV. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our family getaway was wonderful thanks in part to this fabulous beach home. One of the most beautiful rental homes we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The views were great and the kitchen was the most well equipped we've ever seen for a holiday home! Our only small suggestions to make it perfect -- a few extra dish and bath towels and a load of detergent. Otherwise, they thought of everything!

Our family celebrated Christmas early in Dillon Beach and had a wonderful visit. Waking up every morning to the spectacular view was such a joy. The living room area was spacious enough for all of us to sit comfortably and chat or view our digital devices in front of the fireplace. The dining table served us well for both eating and playing games. We have a cook in the family who made good use of the well-appointed kitchen as did Chef Tom who prepared a celebratory meal for us one night. The hot tub was also put to use on several evenings. We loved seeing the deer everywhere. The ONLY downside (and we were warned going in) is that this is a relatively remote location, about 20 minutes plus from major shopping and AT&T has zero cell service there with very limited service on Verizon. The wi-fi was a little spotty when the weather was foggy, but on the whole we viewed all of this as a plus to be unplugged and enjoy each other... Would very highly recommend this house for get-away!!

Our group of family and friends stayed at Sea Glass recently, from 5/3-5/13. The house was equipped with everything we needed. <br/>The contrast of views and colors was amazing, from, the cliffs and the ocean, to the sun, full moon and stars, and always the sound of the waves. The deer were constant observers of our comings and goings as were the largest quail I've ever seen. At one point before we left, I tuned into some favorite classical and turned the entire house into a concert hall. We will not forget this wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your home. This was a beautiful house! We had great weather and views were breathtaking! What a great way to enter into my 40's! We walked down to the beach in the morning and checked out out the tide pools, then come up for lunch and then headed back down with all of our stuff. The little patio downstairs gave us just enough room to play corn hole while some relaxed in the hot tub. The surround sound was nice too! This was a wonderful experience and hope to do it again! We enjoyed the hot tub and the beach, which was easily accessed from a path a few houses down. The house is awesome. It's luxurious with all the comforts of home and the view is breath taking. Everything in the home is easy to use because it is clearly labeled and there were clear instructions of how to operate the TVs, wifi, and bluetooth. The kitchen is a home chef's dream complete with beautiful serving dishes and filled everything one can think of. We enjoyed long fabulous meals at the dinning room table surrounded by amazing ocean views. The beach is so close we did not have to drive and pay for parking. There are some really cool towns nearby. We took a ride to Hog Island for fresh oysters and the locals were very friendly. I cannot wait to return.
