Imagine soaking in the hot tub under the towering redwoods, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature. And with multiple lounge seating options and a gas BBQ on the deck, you have everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
Plus, the location is ideal, being close to downtown Guerneville, the Pacific coastline, and Russian River wineries. Whether you're exploring the quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants, taking a stroll along the coast, or indulging in wine tasting adventures, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

- Kitchen - Petite well-appointed w/ everything you need for create great meals! There is a super cute Breakfast Bar/Work space area
- Living Room - Cozy & perfect space to catch up on your day's adventures w/ a Cozy Wood burning stove, Smart TV w/ Xfinity Cable Service & Streaming capabilities and comfortable furnishings.
- Dining area- Nice sized table Great for meals and Game Nights! It opens to spacious backyard and huge deck spaces.

UPPER LEVEL:
(Split-Level): 2 bedrooms, 1 bath
- Bedroom 1 - Cozy w/a Very Comfy Queen Bed
- Bedroom 2 - Halfway up the stairs - Is very spacious bedroom w/ TV/ Xfinity Cable service and a Full bath, beautifully remodeled, with shower (no tub)
- Loft Reading Lounge now with twin bed! (formally futon as pictured)

-4 Person Max Occupancy - Day or Night
-NO Parties, NO Gatherings
*** 2 Small-Medium Sized Car Maximum in off-street parking area at the base of the home
*** No Driveway Parking - driveway is steep & not practical
-Dog Friendly! 2 Dog Maximum - $90 Dog Fee per Pup - Yard is not enclosed
-Dogs must be leashed when outdoors
-Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
-Windy narrow roads to access the home
-Clothes washer & dryer in basement
-Please plan to use your personal accounts for streaming services
-Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am - Strictly enforced County ordinance
-No Smoking of anything in the house

I came across Stace's property as I was planning for a solo weekend getaway with my pup. While the price was higher than I planned to spend, my stay was SO worth every penny! Not only was the house exactly as described, amenities amazing and all – but Stace thought through all the details of what guests will need and more. Upon arrival everything was all set up and ready to be enjoyed. I loved being able to cook (in a fully stocked kitchen), hot tub under the redwoods, and try all the cozy seating areas for drawing, reading, working, cuddling by the fireplace. Bed was very comfortable and shower pressure/temp perfect, something I don't usually expect in the woods. My dog loved finding his favorite spots to lay in the backyard, and we both loved being able to access the river and great cafes nearby. One thing to note is that you are very close to your neighbors (though the place still feels private). Come ready to rest, rejuvenate in majestic redwoods! Will return for a future getaway!

Or stay at FernWoods was everything we wanted. Very quiet and nestled in the trees. The backyard is very nice with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the outside. It was raining during our stay but that didn't stop us from using a hot tub. Which was fantastic. I would recommend this place to anybody that was looking for a quiet place to get away. Kitchen's a little small, but you can find everything you need. The beds are really comfortable. Nice warm blankets and plenty of them if you should want more. The House was really clean. The road to it is very narrow and the driveway is really steep, but luckily there's two extra parking spots just to the right.

Enjoyed the cozy cabin up a windy road. Picturesque and quiet with a large deck and a very inviting hot tub. Fern woods was clean and had most of the kitchen and bath essentials you'd need.
