The beautifully manicured yard and garden beds offer a serene backdrop for unwinding, while the back patio with its built-in gas BBQ grill and cozy hot tub promises delightful evenings under the starlit sky. It's the kind of place where cherished memories are made.

-Sonoma County enforces a 9PM NOISE CURFEW. Please respect our year-round neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum. 9PM to 9AM - ****Noise violations are subject to a $300 Fine
-Noise Decibel Monitors present
-Parking: 3 vehicles maximum in Driveway - Please No On-Street Parking / No Parking on Grass
-Dog Friendly - 2 dog max - $90 Dog Fee per Pup - Yard is enclosed

We had a wonderful time staying at Country Roads in Guerneville. The home was the perfect size to house 6 guests. The proximity to downtown made our outings convenient, while the thoughtfully designed interiors and extensive amenities like the hot tub and game room added to our relaxation. What truly surprised us were the expansive front and back yards – the photos just don't do them justice! Without a doubt, Country Roads has earned a spot on my return list. Cheers to Stace for such a memorable stay!

Really they have thought of everything! If you are thinking of staying in Guernville, this is the Place!Also ask about Greg’s Paella dinner offering!This house is hooked up with some great concierge offerings!

This well maintained home provides a relaxing getaway. The beautiful landscaping includes plenty of seating options, calming fountains,and a hot tub! The garage has a wonderful spacious game area with comfy seating and ping pong. Bedrooms are very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. It’s close to town but quiet and peaceful.

This house is super cute and the yard is great and private! Love the personality touches, the big couches, the back patio, the grill setup (worked perfectly for us). We took advantage of being only a 20 minute walk to town every day. We also LOVED the hot tub for soothing our legs and feet every night. The primary bed was extra comfy and even being in wine country and all that that has to offer, I still had a week of excellent sleep hygiene thanks to that plush mattress and soft bedding. <br/><br/>Only issues I can think of: the neighborhood is VERY quiet (which is terrific for sleep at night) but the noise/party warnings around the house and in the manual are ominous—we were terrified of getting in trouble so basically tried to whisper after dark. I’m sure someone else ruined this for them and it’s not the host’s fault. The fridge had a broken ice maker which they acknowledged in the house manual, but they’ve got a countertop ice maker unit that makes up for it! The house cleaner maybe missed some details like dead flies on windowsills and spider webs around the stove. <br/><br/>One gripe I have for the hosts (and all hosts who do this really) is requiring the fridge be emptied right into the trash. We were sad to waste so much. I wish there was info about food banks nearby or even a built-in benefit if we boxed it all up for pickup by management/someone after our departure.

Glad you loved the house. Like all rentals, especially in Sonoma County, we do not want parties at the house as we like to be good neighbors. All vacation rentals ask renters to take their food they brought into the house. Nothing unusual about that. But again, really happy you loved the house, it's a wonderful vacation home.

Great location just five minutes from downtown Gurneville. Peaceful corner location with three car parking. Very well decorated embracing vintage charm with modern upgrades. Every amenity you will want or need including; hot tub, bar, game room/garage with ping pong table and sitting area, spacious living room with TV and stereo. Very clean and well maintained thru out. Beautiful front yard with security gate and overall beautiful landscaping. Exceptional yard lighting as well. I will definitely rent this property again and recommend it to friends and family. GREAT EXPERIANCE !!!!

I orchestrate a yearly getaway and this rental was perfect! Outdoor space and game room was used by everyone, the outdoor shower was a lovely touch. The front garden and fountain created a very relaxing environment. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need/want. I would absolutely book this rental again! If you are looking for a relaxing/private space to unwind...this is it!

A lovely, well-appointed property with almost everything you need. We had a relaxing stay and the house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Downtown Guerneville is a quick drive away.

I had the pleasure of staying at County Roads for three days. The place is located in Guerneville and very close to the city's downtown. The place is designed beautifully with lots of amenities including the hot tub and the game room. The front and back yards are astonishing (much bigger than they look in the pictures). The place is only a few minutes away from hundreds of wineries. I would definitely stay at Country Roads again.
