This 1-story 3 bedroom 2 bath home is spacious, light, bright and cheerful! Everything inside is new and chosen with your discerning taste in mind. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the near-by beach is a perfect place to lounge or launch into the river!

You enter into the living room with tons of windows and the most comfy furniture imaginable. Perfect for lounging and catching up with your very favorite 6 people! There is a new large flat screen, WiFi and blu-ray player for your enjoyment.

The kitchen has all of the bells and whistles and is perfect for the Iron Chef in your family.

All of the bedrooms have new and comfortable beds.

The Master bedroom has a King bed with a private bath and wonderful soaking tub. Let the city melt away...

The second and third bedrooms both have Queen beds.

The backyard is large and enclosed with a brick path leading to the fire-pit. Redwood views surround you as you relax and take in nature.
