What does this mean? Every part of this vacation home and the grounds surrounding beautiful.

The interior is chic without being fussy, cozy without being small, unique while still being subtle. The windows invite the outside in with stunning canyon views from most vantage points. The exterior is sun-drenched while still being surrounded by the redwood forest. There is even sun enough for orange and lemon trees!

Summerwood is the house to come to if you are looking for peace, beauty and quiet while still being within close proximity to the town of Guerneville. The Russian River, Armstrong Woods and the Pacific Ocean are all a short jaunt away from Summerwood.

You enter into the living room with large windows looking out to the forest below. The comfy couch and chairs, the wood burning stove, the large flat screen TV and striking reclaimed hardwood flooring through out invite you into a home away from home.

The dining room is adjacent to the living area with forest view windows and a glass door leading to the beautifully designed deck and backyard…but we’ll get that in a minute…

The kitchen is designed for the Iron Chef in us all with state of the art everything and windows that look out onto the deck.

The entry level also has the master bedroom with a huge skylight and large master bath.

The upstairs level has 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom.

Both bedroom have skylights and large windows with stunning canyon and forest views. Getting out of bed to start your day may be even more does not get any better than in the redwoods…and with these views…good luck to ya!

This sweet enclave was designed to be the perfect family and friend gathering space. A place to reconnect with people you adore! Summerwood is also a wonderful romantic get-away.

The yard is sun-filled and vibrant with many sitting and gathering areas. The landscape design is strikingly beautiful…and wait untl you see the Huge Hot tub! Decadent is the word! Soak the city, your job, your everyday life away under a star-filled sky.
