This enchanting coastal oasis is perfect for a romantic getaway or artist retreat offering stunning harbor views, abundant natural light and unforgettable sunsets. Wake up in the sleeping loft to the beauty of Bodega Bay harbor! Enjoy morning coffee while watching the fishing boats go out to sea or step outside from the downstairs living area and listen to seals as the frolic and play.
Though the house is small there is plenty of space to relax and unwind with a glass of wine, a good book or board games with 4 of your favorite people. The cottage features two living areas; the upstairs living room is perfect for visiting with your favorite people. For those wishing to watch TV or a movie, there is a smaller family area downstairs next to the kitchen.
The kitchen itself is spacious with lots of windows and everything you need to make delicious meals.
The property is large with deck and patio area overlooking the harbor! Watch boats come in with their catch of the day!
There is a private hot tub and brand new fire table down below. Perfect for those wanting to spend time outdoors enjoying the sunset or stargazing. Located just minutes from charming waterfront dining, scenic hiking trails and the best of Bodega Bay, this is the ultimate spot for rest & rejuvenation.

- Laundry area - features a brand new stacking washer and dryer

Upstairs Loft
- Comfy and cozy Double bed with nightstands and bedside lamps

Downstairs:
- Kitchen is spacious with everything you need to create scrumptious meals, did we mention harbor views?
- Sitting room with Smart TV and streaming services when you just want to zone out
