-Large Living room - Very large gathering space for 12 of your favorite people! It has sliding doors to back deck & Gas BBQ a Cozy fireplace, & lots of seating. There is a overhead projector & built-in surround sound speakers + Smaller TV.
-Dining area - The ultimate family gathering spot, a beautiful farm dining table w/ benches, that opens to kitchen & living room. Perfect for great meals & Game Nights!
-Bedroom 1 - The kid's room sleeps up to 3 /bunkbed & pull-out trundle bed! With children's books, toys and a small desk
-Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen Bed & sliding doors to Hot Tub area
-Bedroom 3 - Comfy Queen Bed
-2 Full bathrooms
-Laundry area w/ washer & dryer in hallway area

UPSTAIRS:
-TV lounge - The 2nd floor opens to a den-like landing with PlayStation gaming console, DVD player & two fold-out futons.
-Sliding doors lead out to yet another viewing deck, perfect for observing the amazing Pacific Ocean sunsets!
-Bedroom 4 - The Primary Bedroom spacious w/ King Bed, another Smart TV with DirecTV satellite package and DVD player, a fireplace & private bathroom

GAME ROOM:
Garage has been converted to the game room w/Full sized Pool Table and assortment of both indoor & outdoor games & entertainment options!

THINGS TO KNOW:
-The maximum for this house is 12 people Day or Night with 4 cars Max Day or Night w/ no on-street parking
-Quiet hours 9pm to 9am
-NO PARTIES - We are in a Private Community w/ an HOA & Security Guard
-NO Large Gatherings- Please don't attempt a party. It will not go unnoticed
-Dogs OK! $90 Dog Fee per pup - per stay - No enclosed areas for pups. They must be on-leash when out of the house! We have very friendly deer in the area.
-NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces
only
-Due to the severe water crisis please be conscientious of water usage

What a great house for our multigenerational family to share thanksgiving break. We spent the week cooking, playing games, hiking and beaching. The house was perfect in size with space to gather and enough room to space out too. The kitchen was well equipt to handle large meals. Kids loved the garage full of air hockey, pool table and the video games. Views were amazing and we loved sunset walks and watching all the wildlife. Great vacation spot - we will treasure our memories here.

We had an amazing time at the Northern Lights Home. It was just as described and so comfortable. The kitchen was the greatest and had everything you could possibly need. It opened up to a "Great" room that was wonderful and we were all able to visit with everyone being comfortable. The property was clean and well-maintained. Dillon's Beach was literally 5 minutes away and very nice, albeit windy when we were there. Our group rated it as a "10"and would definitely stay there again.

It was a beautiful home and perfect for our family. It was very clean. We loved the open kitchen. We just wished there was a cabinet that we could keep our food supplies in.<br/>The king bed upstairs was uncomfortable., too soft for us and the wood frame made it difficult to get in.<br/>Other than that we loved the house and open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living area. The dining room table is great for a large group.<br/>The location was great. We’d love to rent again.

We enjoyed the large dining table for most of our meals and playing games together. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for making family meals. The projector tv was fun to watch movies in the evening. The home has lots of different spaces to hang out. The driveway was a little tight for our larger vehicles. I would say the bathrooms need a little love but overall a clean home. The bedroom near the hot tub also had a very musty smell. We used the game room and the hot tub. We had a little trouble with hot tub but property mgmt took care of it right away.

The house is very light and open and accommodated 9 adults for New Year's very comfortably. The table was perfect for meals for a large group! The weather couldn't have been better, which didn't hurt. The management company was lovely to deal with! Will will be back!!!!

Beautiful home with great location. It’s just a short drive down to the beach. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of room for several “cooks”. The dishwasher did leak but once we figured out where the water was coming from we put a bowl down to collect the water. When I advised the management company of the leak, they were already aware and a maintenance person scheduled to come out after our stay. It would have been nice if we were told about the leak so we weren’t cleaning up water on the floor and trying to figure out where it was coming from. Other than that, it was a great time and would stay here again.

We had a great time! The fog lifted and the view is spectacular. The house is well-equipped for cooking meals and the kids enjoyed the play room and keyboard. Spacious home that is perfect for spending time together.

We stayed here with 4 adults and three tweens. It was beautiful and calm. The house is a perfect size. Hard to believe you are still in Marin Co?! Highly recommend if you are ok driving to get places .... Dillon Beach itself is phenomenal.

My 5 other lady friends and I have rented this beautiful home for 3 years now and plan to rent again in Feb. of 2023. This home has so much to offer, is very clean and we love all of the spacious rooms. For what we do I have found no other home that is so accommodating for our little quilting retreat. You will not be disappointed if you rent this wonderful home. Thank you to all of the staff who made reserving this home so easy! We will be back

A Perfect Thanksgiving Weekend at Northern Lights

We found the interior of Northern Lights to be even better than pictured. It's has a huge great room with abundant light, and plenty of space to spread out into the upstairs sitting area with keyboard, and the garage play room (although a bit chilly in November) where our kids enjoyed pool and air hockey and the proximity to the hot tub. The kitchen is equipped better than any home we have rented in years. Just bring your own spices, olive oil, etc and maybe your own sharp knives and you will be fine. Bedding is abundant and bathroom toiletries were supplied. It's too bad there isn't more outdoor space on which to gather (just the decks pictured which are okay for 2-4 people but not for more), but we were at the beach a lot so weren't too bothered by this. In the summer, it might be more of a disappointment. We didn't need to contact the mgt company but we had all the necessary information we needed, both prior to the rental and at the house.

Six of us ladies rented Northern Lights for our quilting retreat. This house was pretty amazing for us to set up our 6 sewing machines and spread out. The house was super clean with everything in the kitchen you could possibly think of. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. We loved this house so much that we are planning to rent it again next year for our retreat. The only negative is the steep parking but we managed.

Something fun for the whole family from age 3 to 68!Toddler toys & big kid games galore! Lots of counter space and all the kitchen tools in the kitchen. A large dining table with benches makes it easy to cram everyone around for meals.

Extremely well stocked, clean, well maintained and gorgeous home. Our family could not have had a better time! We have rented vacation homes at Dillon Beach since 1985 and this is by far our FAVORITE!!

We had a wonderful time!! We absolutely loved this house. Large open floor plan from the living, dining and kitchen. 4 bedrooms, all good sizes. Upstairs is an extra tv space for older kids. Downstairs is filled with smaller kids toys, this home is perfect for a family.<br/><br/>On top of all that the "game room" for the kids turned into an adult playground, with the hot tub right off the side, it was perfect for everyone.<br/><br/>The kitchen is loaded with anything you need. Overall, really great home.

Spent a weekend at this property with a group of friends/coworkers for a retreat, and what a treat it turned out to be. Great layout, big kitchen, living/dining room area to hang out.<br/>The kitchen is equipped with everything you can ever need when cooking; plates for kids, to serve, plates for adults, all kinds of cups, glasses, mugs...Love it!<br/>The kids loved playing with all the toys, riding the tricycles and playing basketball.<br/>The only downside for us: We stayed in the master bedroom and for the first time, we had a hard time sleeping comfortably. One side of the bed makes a lot of noise when you just move a little...and the bedroom door needs a little wd40! but the privacy upstairs was really nice.

It had been a long and stressful day, but as soon as we opened the front door of this Fabulous home, all the stress disappeared. We love the open space the large windows. The decor and furnishings are right on point of what you would expect from a Beach house. We loved that it was kid friendly and there were toys. Our daughter and son-in-law were flying in with their small daughters and we were concerned that they might be bored without any toys. It was a great surprise and relief to have a room just for them. The home was very clean and the owners have thought of everything. We surprised my 80 year old mother with a cake to celebrate her Birthday and took family pictures on the beach. The home the destination made great memories for us and our family and we highly recommend Northern Lights to our friends. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely want to come back again. Thank you!

It was the perfect location for a large gathering with one large room and a giant bench style dining room table. The projector made the perfect backdrop to music. House comfortably slept 10 people in 4 bedrooms and leather couches were fine for 2 more. Enjoyed a hike and kayaking around Point Reyes/Tomales bay. Plenty of fresh oysters around, don't miss Rocker Oysterfeller 15min drive away! We also had fun in the house with dart, pooltable, Ps3 games and impromptu blackjack set up on the kitchen counter. Warmly recommend for friend and family getaways.

The view was killer as you get great sunset visibility and watch the fog roll in. All the amenities were everything we could ask for. The kids room with toys included was a big bonus!! The property is on a hill above the beach,it is peaceful and bright. The kids enjoyed the open plat space and the pool table.

The property is on a hill above the beach,it is peaceful and bright. The kids enjoyed the open plat space and the pool table.

Great house and good location. I would just recommend two things. Leave extra garbage bags, and please, some saran wrap and tin foil. I have been renting houses for years, and this is the first house that did not provide those items. Thanks.....

Great house and good location. I would just recommend two things. Leave extra garbage bags, and please, some saran wrap and tin foil. I have been renting houses for years, and this is the first house that did not provide those items. Thanks.....
