The stunning views and expansive open floor layout was truly the best. Quiet neighborhood and overall cleanliness was spotless. Some lights weren't functional on the outside, there was a minor pest issue which was addressed promptly with the management company for which we were compensated. Other than that we highly recommend SeaGlass property. Close to the general store, downtown dillon beach and internet available. No major complaints as the amenities and views were the highlight of this stay.

We had a lovely time. My sisters joined me from Napa, Shingle Springs, and Pittsburg.<br/>It was great to spend time with them in such a lovely setting. Even the weather held up.<br/>Couple of things: the door to the bathroom downstairs sticks; hard to open. And the beach pass didn't seem to work. We paid $10 to go to the beach down by the general store. Maybe there was another beach?

When we arrived and walked into Sea Glass, my daughter announced “We’re home!” Sea Glass truly does feel like a home away from home. It is comfortable, warm and thoughtfully filled with everything needed to make our stay feel like home. The house is well maintained and spotlessly clean. Just sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean or taking the short walk down a mildly challenging path to the beach... perfect!

Thank you to the owners of this beautiful property for sharing it! Everything that you ever would need was in this house. Everything labeled and organized like nothing we have ever seen. House is super clean and very well taken care of. Great getaway for our family to not only enjoy living like a millionaire for a couple days, but also have our own little beach area to ourselves. Very private, everything in the home is top shape and top quality. Amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach house with my extended family, spanning three generations, and it was an absolute dream come true. The house itself was not only visually breathtaking but it was also equipped with every amenity we could have possibly wished for. The oceanfront view was beyond spectacular. The spacious layout allowed each family member to have their own comfortable space, while the communal areas were perfect for creating lasting memories together. The beachfront location provided endless opportunities for relaxation and fun in the sun, and the well-maintained property offered all the necessary conveniences. From the well-appointed kitchen to the luxurious bedrooms, this rental beach house exceeded all our expectations and provided an unforgettable vacation experience for our entire family. We had a wonderful long weekend with family and friends celebrating my husband's 60th birthday. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen (but bring olive oil), the hot tub and the excellent views! Loved the fog and oysters. We are curious to hear more about the mystery of the giant pirate crate on the shortcut down the cliff.

This was our second time staying at Sea Glass and it was as perfect as we remembered. Relaxing, therapeutic, perfect were all words that my family used to describe Sea Glass. We just arrived at home and my youngest wanted to turn around and go straight back to Sea Glass. We have all agreed that a visit to Sea Glass needs to be an annual event.

This is a beautiful home with ocean views and sounds. The home is fully equipped especially the kitchen. There are steps down to the two bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The deck on the 1st floor is quite large with plenty of room for family photos or family dinner. I would recommend this home as a rental and hope to stay there again in the future.

This is a beautiful home with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you need for food preparation. The bathrooms were well set up. Everything is here so all you need do is sit, read and relax.

Stunning! From the moment we walked into this gorgeous home it did not disappoint!! We have rented for years at Dillon and prefer a couple of specific streets. This home sits on a low bluff. On the back deck you have ocean views on both sides. Every amenity is provided. The kitchen to the floor plan is perfection. I want to specifically speak to the cleanliness of the property. Immaculate and during these unprecedented times it was noticed and appreciated. It was our first time in this beautiful home but hopefully not our last!! For my family, whom have been working nonstop the last eight months it was the break we all needed. Truly, thank you for sharing this amazing property!!❣

This vacation was nothing short of relaxing. Not a single worry. This home was completely stocked with everything we needed including a can opener and potato peeler. There wasn't a single thing we looked for that we couldn't find. The general store was within walking distance though it would have been a bit of an uphill climb so we chose to make the short drive, and had more than we needed as well. What made it priceless was the beach access. Less than a 2 minute walk / hike that even the kids could do! This vacation left nothing to be desired!

This was our 30 year anniversary of 9 women who have been friends since our kids were in nursery school! We’ve rented a number of different places at Dillon Beach and elsewhere and this is by far our favorite. This was our 3rd year here. We all feel immediately at home. It’s spacious, comfortable with spectacular views. It’s well furnished and the kitchen has every tool for cooking that you can imagine! We’ll be returning for as long as they’ll have us.

Unbelievable! I took the house with my siblings and our 93 year old parents (who have limited mobility) for 4 days. The house is right on the beach and huge, so we all had our privacy and never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was large and well-appointed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Lots of bathrooms and everything so clean! I believe there is an ocean view from every room except the master bathroom. The views from the salon, kitchen and dining area are breath-taking.Lots of decking to take the fresh air, enjoy the view and grill dinner. The property management company knocked themselves out to accommodate us. We bought live crab in nearby Bodega and had a feast on our last night. No one wanted to leave. We were planning our next stay before we left. Thank you dear owners, for an extraordinary family experience! We cannot wait to come back in October 2019!

We have rented many homes all over the world and Sea Glass was in our top 5. We live nearby and were celebrating a big birthday with family. It accommodated everyone perfectly and was so comfortable. The kitchen is a dream, better stocked than our own kitchen, and everything well marked so you know where to find it and return it. I have been visiting Dillon Beach for many years and have stayed in quite a few rental houses. SeaGlass has to be my favorite. The view is spectacular and it is a large home that is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It is also an easy walk to the beach. Perfect!

Amazing is what I kept hearing all weekend long from my group who spent the weekend with me. The views are stunning, the house was perfect and well equipped with all the things needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The outside hot tub was great feature as well. Easy walk to the beach. The only small issue we had was we lost power to thee entertainment system which meant our planned "movie night" didn't happen. We called maintenance but they were unable to respond that evening or the next morning by the time we checked out. There are TV's in every room so guest could go to their own rooms to watch TV. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our family getaway was wonderful thanks in part to this fabulous beach home. One of the most beautiful rental homes we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The views were great and the kitchen was the most well equipped we've ever seen for a holiday home! Our only small suggestions to make it perfect -- a few extra dish and bath towels and a load of detergent. Otherwise, they thought of everything!

Our family celebrated Christmas early in Dillon Beach and had a wonderful visit. Waking up every morning to the spectacular view was such a joy. The living room area was spacious enough for all of us to sit comfortably and chat or view our digital devices in front of the fireplace. The dining table served us well for both eating and playing games. We have a cook in the family who made good use of the well-appointed kitchen as did Chef Tom who prepared a celebratory meal for us one night. The hot tub was also put to use on several evenings. We loved seeing the deer everywhere. The ONLY downside (and we were warned going in) is that this is a relatively remote location, about 20 minutes plus from major shopping and AT&T has zero cell service there with very limited service on Verizon. The wi-fi was a little spotty when the weather was foggy, but on the whole we viewed all of this as a plus to be unplugged and enjoy each other... Would very highly recommend this house for get-away!!

Fabulous home and location!!! All the extra amenities were perfect. We were evacuated from the Santa Rosa fire for 10 days. This was our place to feel safe and feel the peace of ocean living. We would really consider buying this property if the owners ever want to sell.

Our group of family and friends stayed at Sea Glass recently, from 5/3-5/13. The house was equipped with everything we needed. <br/>The contrast of views and colors was amazing, from, the cliffs and the ocean, to the sun, full moon and stars, and always the sound of the waves. The deer were constant observers of our comings and goings as were the largest quail I've ever seen. At one point before we left, I tuned into some favorite classical and turned the entire house into a concert hall. We will not forget this wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing your home. This was a beautiful house! We had great weather and views were breathtaking! What a great way to enter into my 40's! We walked down to the beach in the morning and checked out out the tide pools, then come up for lunch and then headed back down with all of our stuff. The little patio downstairs gave us just enough room to play corn hole while some relaxed in the hot tub. The surround sound was nice too! This was a wonderful experience and hope to do it again! We had a great stay, celebrating my Mom's birthday. <br/><br/>The home was beautiful, just as pictured with views from nearly every room. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beach, which was easily accessed from a path a few houses down. The weather was gentle with little wind, which was not much fun for the surfers but great for hanging out at the beach. We also enjoyed the little caf near the beach. It was exactly how it should be: simple with good food.<br/><br/>Hope to visit again soon!

The view at this comfortable house is even better in person than it looks in the pictures! It was so nice to open up the doors to all that ocean and sky. The house is very well-equipped and comfortable. It was perfect for our family gathering. Our only<br/> tiny quibble is that there weren't quite enough towels considering how many people we had. Bring your groceries - there's not much to the town of Dillon Beach.

The house is awesome. It's luxurious with all the comforts of home and the view is breath taking. Everything in the home is easy to use because it is clearly labeled and there were clear instructions of how to operate the TVs, wifi, and bluetooth. The kitchen is a home chef's dream complete with beautiful serving dishes and filled everything one can think of. We enjoyed long fabulous meals at the dinning room table surrounded by amazing ocean views. The beach is so close we did not have to drive and pay for parking. There are some really cool towns nearby. We took a ride to Hog Island for fresh oysters and the locals were very friendly. I cannot wait to return.

This is our favorite home to rent from Dillon Beach Property Management. What a beauty!! We have been fortunate to stay at Seagrass many times, and each time we do, it is just as breathtaking as the first time. The views are absolutely stunning. Beautiful view, house is large, easily accommodated our 8, ages 2 to 80, has crib and highchair, linens, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, close to beach and Bodega Head and Tomales, wind for kite flying, dolphins, and surfers to watch, lovely sunsets. Our family came together for a special birthday week-end and coming through the front door set the mood! The floor plan is ideal for privacy and the provided kitchen and bar ware were so helpful. The deck made for great family pictures to be cherished forever. An easy walk to a small store and cafe, if needed. My group of 8 girlfriends enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Sea Glass. The view is unbelievable and incredibly relaxing. We cooked, watched movies, read, walked the beach, and generally relaxed and enjoyed each other's company. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. We had a minor issue and the management company promptly addressed it. I cannot say enough positive about this rental. We have stayed in 4 different homes in Dillon Beach and I think we finally found our home away from home. We will be back next year for sure.

A group of 8 elementary school teachers have been getting away after Christmas for 10 years now. Sea Glass is, by far, the best place we've stayed. The owners attention to detail for the needs of the vacationer go above and beyond. And the view is to die for, right when you walk through the front door. The property management team went above and beyond as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. We love Seaglass! <br/><br/>We have rented several homes in Dillon Beach over the years, and Seaglass is by far the most spectacular. We always rent through Dillon Beach Property Management, so we knew we were going to have a gorgeous, impeccably clean rental. But Seaglass really took our breath away. The views are amazing. Stunning. Gorgeous. Each room of this home is decorated tastefully and with comfort in mind. The kitchen was fabulous to cook in and the enormous family room provided the spaciousness we needed for our large family to gather and relax and play games. The hot tub was the perfect way to end our playful days.

This is the second time our family has rented the Seaglass home on Dillon Beach, and we were not disappointed. Everything about the home is comfortable and inviting -- the beds, the decor, the layout. It is obvious that the owners have taken great care to make the home feel like a home, not just a rental. We feel so grateful that we found this house and hope to return for many vacations to come. The views are SPECTACULAR. What could beat seeing a panoramic view of a mile-long beach right when you walk in the door of a home? What could beat falling asleep with the sounds of the ocean seeming to be right outside your room? The kitchen is really great, the great room and dining room is perfect for family time. As I said, the beds are all SO comfortable. We thank the owners for offering up their beautiful beach home for families like ours to enjoy on vacation!!

This was our third visit to Sea Glass. Each time just seems to get better and better. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The view is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. For anyone looking to escape for a week or a weekend, this is the property.

This home was everything and more that the property management<br/>described!<br/>It was very clean and nicely furnished. The ocean view was amazing. The sounds of the waves could be heard all the time, which was so awesome!<br/>We stayed with our adult children and grandchildren(10 people ) and there was plenty of space for everyone.<br/>House was fully stocked with everything we needed.<br/>We would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway. LOVED IT!!<br/>We will definitely be returning soon!<br/><br/>

My girlfriends and I have been renting beach houses along the coast for over 10 years and this house is by far superior to all of them! The owners really focused on quality; from the kitchen supplies to the comfy beds and large hot tub over looking the ocean! It has it all! We have already booked for next year! <br/>

As usual, everything was wonderful about our visit to Dillon Beach. The SeaGlass is a fantastic property and we will return. Lastly, the property management professional was beyond helpful when we locked ourselves out of the house while loading our car during checkout.

I have now rented Sea Glass 2 times over the last few years. To say that I adore this property would be selling it short. The set-up of the house, location and amazing views are the perfect combination to encourage relaxation. This is a great house for a girl's trip or family vacation. I'll be back again soon!

A truly wonderful house, overlooking the ocean. You can hear the waves at night and see unrestricted sunsets. Two gas fireplaces - living room and master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Extremely well furnished. Probably the nicest house we have stayed in Dillon Beach.

This is our fist vacation beach house experiences. Its an absolutely astonishing experience. My parents, my brothers family from oversea and my family had a wonderful time in the house. We love the view and its closeness to the beach. In one evening, we saw dolphin playing and jumping in and out of the water unbelievably close to the seashore while we were watching a beautiful sunset. Its has everything you can think of for a beach house. As I in-charge of cooking for 9 people, I love the kitchen which has everything I needed.
